Bill Anthony, after 25 years of corporate and advisory experience, was increasingly being invited to coach executives on a one to one basis. Bill's distinct experience is with senior managment in private companies, often PE or VC backed, and his deep expertise with family businesses. He is particulaly adept in conflict management, relationship building and seeing the bigger picture. Every coaching scenario is bespoke and entirely confidential.

Coaching is a serious investment which must be structured so as to get the right results, or growth, for the individual coachee. So whilst personalised in nature, each coaching assignment will likely entail three stages with different emphases:

TROUBLE SHOOTING

This inevitably means bringing in the pressing problem to resolve

Spending some time unpacking this, understanding why there is difficulty

Assessing priorities, splitting up the larger ones, perhaps identifying quick wins
